Online rent payment — easily and securely
    eRentPayment provides an easy online solution for paying your rent through one-time payments or automatic recurring payments. You'll get instant payment confirmations and online records of your transactions. eRentPayment has four different payment options that your manager can offer:
    One-Time Payments: You can submit a one-time payment each month through eRentPayment. Recurring Payments: You can set up an automatic recurring payment record to occur on a specific day each month. The recurring payment will be automatically processed each month until the end month you specify. Automatic Authorization Form: Instead of registering online, we provide you and your manager with our Automatic Authorization Form so that you can specify the payment date each month and return the form to us. We then add your recurring payment record to the system and payments are automatically processed each month. This does not require computer access, however a profile is created for you in case you want to access your payment history or submit a one-time payment. Telephone: After completing the initial online registration process, you can submit payments by telephone each month.
